Most global telecommunications laws and regulations mandate that websites, not strictly private or for personal use, must have an “Impressum” that complies with the law. This includes websites containing a blog or journalistic content.

The name of the contact person responsible for the content must be mentioned in the Impressum, along with an address and a means of reaching this person.
